Dedicated to the memory of Georgina Walmsley
Georgina passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family on the 17th October 2024, aged 85 years. A dearly loved wife to her late husband George, Mum to Michael and Carole, Sister to Peg, Maureen, Bet, Ted, Jim and Roy, Nan to Nicola, Louise and Susie and Great Nan to William and Oliver. Georgina was very much loved by her entire wider family. She will be with us always.
Georgina Walmsley's Funeral
Georgina's Funeral service is at St. Peter's Catholic Church on Thursday 7th November 2024 at 11:15am followed by cremation at 12:15pm, at Lytham Park Crematorium.
Many of you will have known Georgina's late husband George, who sadly passed away on the 4th January 2021. Due to COVID, it wasn't possible to give George the send off he deserved. The family would like to make this occasion a joint celebration of George and Georgina's lives.
The family would like to invite all who knew them to the Clifton Arms Hotel, Lytham, from 12:00 noon onwards. Please come to raise a glass, enjoy a chat and have a bite to eat to celebrate both the lives of George and Georgina.
